This notice covers personal information you share when asking about Nexcyrix services, training, partnerships, or potential consulting work through the website or by email.
Information you choose to share
For a business inquiry, this can include your name, work email address, organization, area of interest, and message. For a talent-network expression of interest, it can also include your location, availability, years of experience, professional-profile link, and any career information you add to your message.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential client information, or material you are not authorized to share.
How the website handles your submission
When you send a website form, its contents are submitted to the Nexcyrix application and stored in its database so the team can review and respond. The website records the version of this notice you acknowledged and the time of submission. Messages sent directly by email are also handled by the relevant email providers and Nexcyrix's email system.
The website offers optional Google Analytics. It is not loaded and no data is sent to Google until you choose “Allow analytics”. If you consent, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies to measure visits and provide information such as session statistics, approximate location, browser, and device type. Advertising storage and advertising personalization remain disabled.
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time through “Analytics choices” in the footer.

Authorized people and service providers may process information where needed to operate the website, host its database, manage communications, or deliver a requested service. When you allow analytics, Google processes website-usage information as the analytics provider. The final notice must identify the other approved providers, safeguards, and circumstances in which information may be shared with a prospective client. Nexcyrix does not intend to sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Information will be kept only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business records, or to meet applicable requirements. Exact retention periods, access controls, backup handling, and deletion procedures must be approved before public launch.
Your choices
You may ask Nexcyrix to explain, correct, or delete personal information held about you, subject to applicable requirements. You may also withdraw from future talent-network consideration.
