Features built into the site

- Visible focus indicators and labeled form controls.
- Responsive layouts that reflow for narrow screens.
- Reduced-motion support when requested by the operating system.
- Live status messages for job filters and form feedback.
- Text alternatives or decorative treatment for visual elements.
Current limitations
Automated and manual testing can identify many barriers but cannot prove complete conformance. The site will need continued review as real content, partner logos, forms, analytics, and third-party services are added.
